To book an appointment, you may either call your preferred dealership via the phone number provided, or you may click the ‘Schedule Service’ button for any dealership that offers Online Service Scheduling to get started.
For your convenience, you can either enter your vehicle’s VIN—or simply year, make, and model—to book a service appointment. This information will help your dealership prepare for your service visit.
Upon arriving at the dealership, you will want to follow signs and directions for Service. Typically, your dealer will have you pull directly into the service drive or park in a designated area near the Service Department. From there, you will want to speak to a Service Advisor within the Service Department.

Yes. Any services or repairs covered by either your vehicle’s manufacturer’s warranty and/or any applicable Mopar warranties can be performed at any authorized Stellantis dealership. This also includes any services or repairs associated with active safety recalls and similar campaigns. Please consult your dealership directly for information and coverage on any specific repair.
