Dear Patron: Please don't scroll past this. The Internet Archive is a nonprofit fighting for universal access to quality information. We build and maintain all our own systems, but we don’t charge for access, sell user information, or run ads. Instead, we're powered by online donations averaging $15.58. We'd be deeply grateful if you'd join the one in a thousand users that support us financially.
We understand that not everyone can donate right now, but if you can afford to contribute this Friday, we promise it will be put to good use. Our resources are crucial for knowledge lovers everywhere—so if you find all these bits and bytes useful, please pitch in.

This complete edition allows you to play JumpStart Around the World in all its available grade levels with the downloadable extended content, once thought lost to time!!!
JumpStart Around the World is a game which initially released in 2000, alongside "Deluxe" re-releases of various JumpStart full grade products. The game focused on building a basic knowledge of geography and world cultures, though it wasn't as heavy in its educational content as most other JumpStart titles (being a bonus disk).
During its initial release, players could go online and fill in a poll, which allowed them to download new locations to visit in-game. Those downloads are now long-gone, and for the longest time it was assumed that the content was lost for good.
However, in 2003, some games were re-released once again under the "Advanced" sub-series, and that included Around the World (now named "Field Trip Adventure"). This re-release included the once online exclusive content, but was locked to the 2nd Grade version.
A prominent member of the JumpStart fandom, a wiki admin named Bluecake, discovered that this re-release also had data for the Preschool-1st Grade versions. By modifying the ISO file, she made it possible to play through the other grade versions, with all the extended content!

Subject: Repetitive, but fun
I appreciate the work of Bluecake for helping us Jumpstart fans experience the full package by including the Preschool, Kindergarten and 1st Grade levels as the original package only contains 2nd Grade.
That being said, the gameplay can be very repetitive if going through all 4 grade levels, but you do get different travel companions to spice things up.
Preschool = Pierre, Casey, Kisha and Elenor
Kindergarten = Hopsalot
1st Grade = Frankie
2nd Grade = CJ and Edison
It's best recommended for children, as grownups can get tired pretty easily. Overall, it's a fun experience regardless.
